When do I get my rank?
Within a minute of paying. Rejoin the server if you don't see it.
I paid but I don't have my rank
Check that you used the right username when you bought. If it still isn't there, open a ticket in our Discord with your username and your receipt and we'll sort it out.
How do I cancel?
Cancel from the receipt email or your payment account. You keep your rank until the month you paid for ends.
Is my payment safe?
Payments are handled by our payment partner. We never see your card or PayPal details.
Terms of sale
Who we are. This is an independent, community-run project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Mojang AB or Microsoft Corporation. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang AB.
Payments. Every purchase is processed by our payment partner, which handles your card or PayPal details and your receipt. We never see them. Buying here also means agreeing to the partner's terms of sale.
What you are buying. Everything sold here is a digital perk tied to your account: a rank, cosmetics and store features. Perks have no cash value and can't be moved to another account.
Subscriptions. Monthly plans renew automatically until you cancel them. Cancelling stops the next payment, and you keep what you already paid for until that month ends.
Refunds and chargebacks. Sales are final once a perk has been delivered, unless the law where you live says otherwise. A chargeback or payment dispute removes the perks it paid for and can lead to a ban.
The small stuff. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian before buying. Perks, prices and these terms can change as the game does. Breaking the server rules can cost you your perks, without a refund.
